We’re currently seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to help manage day-to-day communications and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communication, including email, social media messages, and chat platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and support requests.
- Manage message follow-ups and maintain a well-organized response workflow.
- Assist with scheduling tasks and follow-ups for the team.
- Support basic admin and organizational tasks as needed.
- Communicate updates to customers regarding orders, delays, or custom requests.
- Maintain a clear record of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Friendly and professional tone in customer interaction.
- Comfortable using platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and email tools.
- Knowledge of Office tools, Excel, Word, etc.
